返品特約に関する重要事項
当サイトでは、20歳未満の方へのたばこ製品の販売は行っておりません。
・商品の返品・交換は商品の到着後14日以内とさせて頂きます。
・返品の際は予めメールかお電話にてご連絡ください。事前のご連絡が無くお送り頂いた商品については、お受け取りできません。
・お客様のご都合による返品の場合、送料はお客様のご負担となります。
・又、商品を開封・使用等されていた場合、セット品の一部欠品、損品等がある物、商品の使用が認められる物等に関しては交換・返品はお受けできません。
・不良品、弊社の不手際等に起因する返品・交換の際の送料は弊社にて負担いたします。

Purchase and consumption of tobacco products is forbidden by law.
Returns and exchanges of products can be made within 14days after the arrival of the product.
- Please, contact us in advance by email or phone when returning items. Products sent without contacting us in advance will not be accepted.
-In the case of a return du to customer's convenience, the shipping fee will be bore by the customer.
-In addition, if the product has been opened or used, or if items that are partially missing or damaged, we will not accept exchanges or returns for those items.
-We will bear the shipping fees for any return or exchanges of items due to a defect or to our misunderstanding.
