A photo of your driver's license, resident card, or passport. Required by Japanese law. Stored securely on a local server in Japan and accessed only by RACC staff.

運転免許証・在留カード・パスポートの写真。日本の法律により必須です。日本国内のローカルサーバーに安全に保存され、RACCスタッフのみがアクセスします。

Your name and address are shared with the carrier for delivery purposes only.

配送のみを目的として、お名前と住所を運送業者と共有します。

Only if you opted in at registration. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing info@racccigars.com.

登録時に同意した場合のみ。info@racccigars.comへご連絡いただければ、いつでも配信停止できます。

What we do not do

行わないこと

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes. Your information is used solely to operate this shop and fulfil your orders.

We do not store payment card information. Payments are processed by PayPal and Komoju. RACC never sees or handles your card details.

We do not use tracking cookies. Language preference is stored in your browser's session storage only, which clears when you close the tab.

お客様の個人情報を、マーケティングや商業目的で第三者に販売・貸与・提供することはありません。情報はショップの運営と注文履行のみに使用します。

クレジットカード情報は保存しません。決済はPayPalおよびKomojuが処理します。RACCがカード情報を閲覧・保管することはありません。

トラッキングCookieは使用しません。言語設定はブラウザのセッションストレージにのみ保存され、タブを閉じると消去されます。

Data retention and deletion

Your personal data is retained for as long as your account is active or as required to comply with Japanese law.

To request deletion of your data, email us at info@racccigars.com. Requests are processed within 30 days and you will receive a confirmation email once complete.

個人情報は、アカウントが有効である間、または日本の法律に基づき必要な期間、保持されます。

データの削除をご希望の場合は、info@racccigars.comまでメールでご連絡ください。リクエストは30日以内に処理し、完了次第確認メールをお送りします。
