Terms of Use

Who can purchase

You must be 20 years of age or older to purchase from this site. By completing registration and placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Age and identity verification is required at registration. RACC reserves the right to cancel any order if verification fails or if false information is provided.

Products

All products sold on this site are for personal use only. Resale of any product purchased from RACC is strictly prohibited.

Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed in Japanese yen and include consumption tax. Orders are confirmed only after payment has been verified. For bank transfer payments, dispatch occurs once payment is received.

Cash on delivery orders are subject to a handling fee of ¥750 charged by Japan Post, collected at the door upon delivery.

Orders and cancellations

Once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. RACC reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including cases where verification requirements are not met or where the order cannot be fulfilled.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Cigars are perishable goods and cannot be resold once they leave our hands. The only exception is if we made an error with your order or if your item arrived damaged. In that case, please contact us at info@racccigars.com within 3 days of receiving your package and we will make it right.

Shipping and delivery

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. RACC is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier after dispatch.

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email. RACC does not reship or issue refunds for orders lost due to customer address errors. For full details, see our Shipping page.

Events

Event tickets are non-refundable. All ticket sales are final. RACC reserves the right to modify or cancel an event. In the event of a cancellation by RACC, ticket holders will be notified by email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes arising from the use of this site or from purchases made through it fall under the jurisdiction of Japanese courts.

Updates to these terms

These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
