Delivery times are estimates from the day your order ships, not from the day you place it. Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed.

Registration
Age and ID verification happen once, at registration. Once your account is approved, you can log in and shop freely without any additional checks per order. PayPal orders ship as soon as the payment clears. Bank transfer orders ship once payment is confirmed.

Bank transfer payments require additional processing time before your order is dispatched.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available at checkout. Please note that Japan Post charges a handling fee of ¥750 on top of the standard shipping rate. This fee is collected by the delivery driver when your package arrives.
Policy
Returns & Responsibility
Returns
We do not accept returns. Cigars are perishable goods and all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. The only exception is if we made an error with your order or if your item arrived damaged. In that case, please contact us at info@racccigars.com within 3 days of receiving your package and we will make it right.
After dispatch
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. RACC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has left our hands.
Wrong address
If you entered an incorrect address at checkout, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email. RACC does not reship or issue refunds for orders lost due to customer address errors.
