ID document

A photo of your driver's license, resident card, or passport. Required by Japanese law. Stored securely on a local server in Japan and accessed only by RACC staff.

To comply with Japanese tobacco retail law. This check happens once at registration.

Order processing

To confirm, pack, and dispatch your orders.

Delivery

Your name and address are shared with the carrier for delivery purposes only.

Newsletter

Only if you opted in at registration. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing info@racccigars.com.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes. Your information is used solely to operate this shop and fulfil your orders.

We do not store payment card information. Payments are processed by PayPal and Komoju. RACC never sees or handles your card details.

We do not use tracking cookies. Language preference is stored in your browser's session storage only, which clears when you close the tab.

Data retention and deletion

Your personal data is retained for as long as your account is active or as required to comply with Japanese law.

To request deletion of your data, email us at info@racccigars.com. Requests are processed within 30 days and you will receive a confirmation email once complete.
