Cash on delivery will be made when the product is received. (*Japan Post Co., Ltd.) Payment can only be made in cash (*payment currency: Japanese yen only).

Note: In addition to the product price and shipping fee, we will charge a cash on delivery fee of 750 yen. *The COD fee is a uniform rate nationwide.

Items are shipped using Japan Post YU-PACK

Shipping is bore by the customer, calculated at checkout, separate in two zone rates standard mainland and standard okinawa/hokkaido 

Delivery range: Japan only (*Overseas shipping is not possible) Delivery address: Domestic address listed on ID card only

Once the product shipped, the customer becomes responsible for it, the shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

About membership restrictions:
As we sell cigars on our site, we ask all customers who wish to purchase to verify their age with a government-issued ID.
When registering as a member, please attach your ID to the registration form. You can purchase it as soon as it is confirmed.
