The Story
The Epicurist line pays homage to General of Division Antoine Charles Louis de Lasalle, one of Napoleon’s most fearless and flamboyant cavalry commanders. Renowned for leading daring charges with his hussars while smoking his beloved pipe, Lasalle embodied audacity and elegance in equal measure. His brilliance in the Italian, Egyptian, and Prussian campaigns cemented his reputation as a military legend.
Blended at the prestigious KBF factory by Hendrik Kelner Jr., the Epicurist captures the refinement and boldness of Lasalle himself. The Petit Robusto uses the same “French” blend of Dominican tobaccos but incorporates higher primings, delivering a fuller body and richer flavor. Compact yet powerful, it is a cigar made for those who seek depth and intensity in a shorter smoke.
