Candela is the green wrapper, and it is green because the leaf is cured fast and hot to lock the chlorophyll in before it can turn brown. Almost nobody makes it any more. This is the cg:4 blend under that leaf, and the result is unlike anything else in the shop.

A natural sweetness carries the whole cigar and never lets up. Cream fills the body of it, floral notes drift across the top, and there is a fresh green cucumber brightness that sounds strange written down and makes perfect sense in the mouth. Deeper in, the familiar cg:4 character comes through with more pepper and weight behind it. The burn is beautiful and the finish is long. Mild to medium across an hour.
