Twenty three and a half centimetres. That is nearly a foot of cigar, and it is the biggest thing in the shop by a considerable margin. The wrapper has a mocha sheen and just enough oil on it to catch the light. Buying this one is a decision about your afternoon, not just about a cigar.
It begins mild with grains and a light allspice warmth. Then it climbs. Chocolate builds through the first half in a slow crescendo, the middle turns creamy with the spice still working underneath, and the final third settles into a deep cocoa as the strength arrives properly. Flawless burn the whole way. Medium to full across two and a half hours. Clear the schedule and let it do what it was built to do. Shipped nationwide across Japan from RACC.
