A 2022 release in the Guardian of the Farm line, a Corojo 2012 wrapper over 100 percent Aganorsa-grown Nicaraguan leaf.
It opens with a creamy hay note wound through cedar and oak, with little flecks of black pepper for spark. Cedar rises over earth, joined by semi-sweet chocolate and an apple sweetness. The finish is the grand one: cedar, leather, salted nuts, black pepper, and a velvety cream that lingers, with a clove-like spice at the very end. A natural sweetness runs the whole way.
